VFS Global has announced a partnership with the Responsible AI Institute (RAI Institute) on the development of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions at its advanced development centers in Mumbai, Dubai and Berlin.
In a statement made available to BusinessDay, VFS Global revealed that the company would leverage the RAI Institute’s expertise in AI ethics and data privacy, to ensure the development of AI solutions. AI that is secure, ethical and aligned with the operational needs of visa processing.

As a result, the partnership will enable continued technological innovation, ensuring that VFS Global offers greater convenience to customers while providing secure and responsible visa and citizenship services to governments around the world.
