“These models have been downloaded more than three million times,” Ranjan revealed, adding that IBM’s offerings also top the charts in transparency, outperforming several competitors.
He illustrated the transformative potential of generative AI in areas such as human resources, customer service and application modernization, citing IBM’s own productivity improvements.
“Over the past 18 months, IBM has generated an impact of $1.5 billion, with a value creation target of $3 billion,” he said.
