Swiss electronic technology company Avallain today announced that it has acquired the Generative AI toolset TeacherMatic.
Avallain’s products enable publishers to use generative AI to meet educational, legal and business requirements. Current customers can take advantage of new tools to automate parts of the editorial workflow while putting editors and training designers in firm control of the process.
Over the last year, UK startup TeacherMatic has developed and curated sets of AI tools to support educators around the world, from lesson plans and flashcards to work plans and quizzes. multiple choices – alignable with programs – in one click.
The partnership forms the basis for a forward-thinking and ethical application of generative AI for education.

Avallain also officially announced the Avallain Lab, which provides research and rigor around product development for partners covering everything from learner analytics and accessibility to the ethical applicability of AI for learners.
The lab will support current partners and operate commercially in partnership with other institutions exploring innovation in educational contexts. It welcomes global collaborators.
