The new version of One UI 7 will first be available for Galaxy S24 series devices and will be available on upcoming Galaxy S series devices. The company will gradually roll out the update to other Galaxy devices as well.
“The official release of One UI 7 will begin with upcoming Galaxy S series devices, featuring additional AI capabilities, including enhanced on-device AI features, starting in Q1 2025. The One Beta Program UI 7 will first be available for the Galaxy S24 series. devices in Germany, India, Korea, Poland, the United Kingdom and the United States, starting December 5,” Samsung’s statement said.
AI applications are considered one of the key use cases for high-speed 5G networks as they require high bandwidth to deliver services.
The release said One UI 7 supports a feature to automatically transcribe recorded calls and offers transcription in 20 languages, including Hindi.
The new One UI will provide security and privacy updates that will prevent unauthorized access to devices with features such as blocking USB connections, checking for malware installation attempts from unauthorized sources, etc. .
