Industry-specific AI solutions
Salesforce Industrial AI provides more than 100 pre-built and customizable AI capabilities designed to address the unique challenges of different industries. Industrial AI is integrated across Salesforce’s 15 industrial clouds, providing businesses with AI solutions that can be tailored to their specific needs.
Businesses are facing significant pressure to rapidly adopt AI, with executive urgency around AI increasing 700% in the last six months. However, creating and training AI models can be extremely expensive, reaching $100 million in some cases. Salesforce addresses this challenge by offering ready-to-use AI tools that help businesses reduce time-consuming tasks.
The Industries AI system also allows companies to use industry-specific data models, such as medical records or telematics systems, to generate relevant and meaningful insights. Additionally, Salesforce launched the AI Use Case Library, offering more than 100 use cases for its AI capabilities, providing businesses with detailed resources for deploying AI in their operations.
Salesforce’s Agentforce agents are also expected to soon expand their reach to various industries, providing businesses with an easy way to set up autonomous agents that work around the clock to handle industry-specific tasks.
Tableau Einstein and Slack enhancements
Tableau Einstein, the AI-powered version of Salesforce’s data visualization platform, offers new features to accelerate the process of transforming data into actionable insights. This latest version includes autonomous agents designed to help users understand their data and make decisions in real time.
Tableau Einstein allows users to interact with their data through natural language, making data analysis more accessible. With agents like Tableau Agent and Pulse, users can receive AI-generated insights and visualizations directly into the applications with whom they work. New Tableau features include a composable architecture, allowing businesses to create custom analytical tools that fit across different departments and workflows.
Slack, another key platform in the Salesforce ecosystem, also received major AI-driven updates. Slack’s latest features are designed to bring together business data, AI agents, and automation into a single, unified workspace. Agentforce is now available in Slack, allowing users to interact with data and complete tasks directly within the platform.
The platform will also support third-party AI agents, including those from Adobe and Anthropic, which can be deployed in the same secure environment. New features, such as improved search capabilities and simplified automation, help teams work more efficiently. Slack templates are also available, offering predefined workflows to help departments complete tasks faster.
