Rezolve AI and ePages have formed a partnership to integrate AI technology into e-commerce software for small and medium-sized businesses in Europe.
ePages is an e-commerce software provider for retailers in the region. This new partnership will allow retailers to integrate Rezolve AI’s interactive technology into their e-commerce platforms. The AI will provide new ways for customers to interact with online stores, different from the current methods of browsing, searching and filtering. Its virtual support staff can help update orders and obtain other product information in 95 languages.
Rezolve AI and ePages have entered into an agreement under which Rezolve AI will provide its products, including Brain Assistant and Brain Commerce, to ePages’ merchant network. In exchange, ePages will use its marketing and promotional channels, including the ePages App Store, to offer Rezolve AI’s products to its existing and potential merchants.
Daniel M. Wagner, CEO of Rezolve AI, said of the partnership, “This collaboration represents an important milestone in our mission to impact the e-commerce industry. By combining ePages’ e-commerce software with Rezolve’s AI technology, we aim to enable businesses to deliver personalized shopping experiences and real-time customer support.”
Wilfried Beeck, CEO of ePages, gave an overview of his company’s market presence: “As a provider of e-commerce software in Europe, ePages strives to make e-commerce accessible to small and medium-sized businesses. Currently, more than 100,000 companies in 70 countries operate online shops based on ePages’ cloud software, which supports up to 15 languages and is optimized for mobile devices.”
Rezolve AI’s technology includes a proprietary LLM called Brainpowa. The company uses it to facilitate “conversational commerce” and instant checkout and has adapted the model for use in e-commerce and retail. Rezolve AI’s website claims that its AI-powered engagement platform focuses on improving search capabilities, providing advice, and potentially increasing revenue in digital retail.
The technology developed by Rezolve is described as a way to bridge the gap between promotional engagements and sales transactions. It aims to enable businesses to facilitate immediate purchases at what they call the “point of interest.” This approach involves using various online and offline triggers, such as social media, printed materials and geolocation data, to guide consumers through a simplified purchasing process.
ePages offers e-commerce solutions for small businesses. The company’s software incorporates features such as automatic updates and new integrations, which aim to keep up with emerging trends in the e-commerce space.
According to Rezolve AI, the partnership with ePages involves the integration of AI technology into e-commerce and provides new customer engagement tools and sales capabilities for merchants.
The future could witness more such partnerships between technology and software platforms, despite the unique aspects of the latter and the types of home improvement projects to be implemented. The use of AI in the online retail environment could change the nature of business relationships between the companies involved, adapting their presence on the e-marketplace to meet customer demands and changing the processes for managing companies’ online stores.
While the full effects of this partnership will remain uncertain for some time, it can certainly be seen as a step in the ongoing process of integrating AI into an ever-growing number of SME software platforms specializing in home improvement.
