OCBC Indonesia’s growing internal data science team needed a hybrid data, analytics and AI strategy that would seamlessly integrate with the bank’s data lake and enable data scientists and business users to work seamlessly with various integrated applications, helping the bank deliver transformer-based AI models, intelligent and personalized recommendations in real-time to customers.
