CHICAGO — Microsoft unveiled game-changing AI technologies to empower business operations and employees at the recent Ignite 2024.

These AI assistants understand the complexity of different roles and act on behalf of others. Therefore, it helps businesses become AI-driven organizations with improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Microsoft AI agents incorporate extended language models (LLMs), allowing them to perform tasks that traditionally required manual intervention.
