Melon Mobile seeks to develop “future-proof” mobile solutions for the South African market.
New local virtual mobile network operator Movable melon signed a partnership agreement with a global business intelligence company, based in Australia SourceAIto strengthen its ability to create solutions for consumers and businesses.
According to a statement, the collaboration is expected to provide insights that enable the mobile operator to better understand customer behavior by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. The partnership aims to create cost-effective mobile solutions and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Melon Mobile says it will use SourseAI’s AI know-how to examine large data sets and make data-driven decisions that provide a comprehensive understanding of the business as a whole. This information is crucial for developing future-proof mobile solutions for the South African market, he notes.
Melon Mobile, which relies on the MTN network, was spear on the South African market in April 2023.
