The process includes continuous and automatic extraction of volatile substances, controlled temperature controls with pressure and dry steam, as well as the elastic memory of the cork, which is maintained and used to guarantee the integrity of the product.
Nobeltech uses Bioniceye AI and Machine Learning as its second feature, which uses cutting-edge ultra-sensitive cameras that improve durability and efficiency. 5.0 technology includes piece-by-piece selection and grading of the product to ensure the highest performance and quality. The third technology used by Nobeltech and Nobel Corkstoppers is thermal radiation using the Ray system. The tool enhances TCA extraction to remove chemical compounds that can contaminate wine and cause defects. In addition, the system desorbs other volatiles to preserve the humidity of the corks.
