Infosys Infosys Salil Parekh, CEO took stock of the company Generative AI projects during the recent fourth quarter earnings conference call. The company holds an absolute leadership position in the field of Generative AI (Gen AI) and has generated three million lines of codes using Large Language Models (LLM) in Gen AI, said CEO Parekh . “We became the first IT services company in the world to achieve ISO 42 001-2023 certification, demonstrating our commitment to excellence in AI management,” he added.
He said Infosys has tailored its AI solutions by training these large language models with client-specific data, thereby presenting a nuanced approach to project execution.
“We achieved the highest transaction value ever in 2023-2024. This reflects the strong trust customers have in us. Our capabilities in generative AI continue to expand. We are working on customer programs, in leveraging large language models impacting software engineering, process optimization and customer support,” Parekh said.
Infosys generated 3 million lines of generative AI code
All of Infosys’ AI efforts are part of its Topaz offering and capabilities. Topaz is a set of AI-driven services, solutions and platforms that help businesses accelerate business value using generative AI technologies.
“The type of work we do, for example the 3 million lines of code we have generated using large language models in generative AI, is absolutely at the forefront of the industry. »
Talking about the deal pipeline, he said the big deals won in FY24 will help the company in FY25. “The projects and work that we are doing with some of our big technology partners… we work closely with them to make sure their platform works well in different environments, whether it’s a hardware technology platform or a large language model platform.
