It addresses the challenges of establishing AI ethics programs in diverse cultural contexts and highlights the importance of a global AI ethics model that takes these differences into account. The article argues that many organizations overlook cultural differences in ethical considerations, leading to ineffective AI ethics policies. It highlights that Western perspectives often dominate emerging global ethical standards for AI, which can lead to biases that do not adequately represent diverse populations.
