Developed in-house by the company’s analytics team, NBO has revolutionized personalized marketing by leveraging cutting-edge technology.

This AI-powered innovation uses reinforcement learning to analyze hundreds of customer behavior attributes.
By addressing these attributes, NBO tailors marketing messages and offers to individual customer needs in real time, maximizing the relevance of each interaction.
The platform has already produced exceptional results, highlighting Globe’s leadership in the Philippine telecommunications sector. It increased effectiveness by 304% over traditional methods in loyalty campaigns, while upsell campaigns saw a 317% increase in offer acceptance rates.

The award ceremonies were held during the AIBP Conference and Exhibition at the City of Dreams Manila and were supported by the Department of Information and Communication Technology and the Department of Science and Technology.
