Cyware joins CoSAI to contribute to the development of secure and ethical AI technologies, addressing the urgent need for AI security in today’s context‘Cyber threats are evolving rapidly.
Cyware, a provider of threat intelligence management, security collaboration and orchestrated response solutions, has joined the Coalition for Secure AI (CoSAI).
By joining CoSAI, Cyware affirms its commitment to fostering innovation in AI while ensuring that security, privacy and safety remain at the forefront of technological progress.
CoSAI is an international alliance dedicated to promoting the development and deployment of secure, ethical and transparent AI technologies. It is a collaborative open source initiative designed to provide all practitioners and developers with the guidance and tools they need to build AI systems that are secure by design.
Three strategic workstreams have been established within CoSAI, with plans to add more over time: software supply chain security for AI systems, preparing defenders for an evolving cybersecurity landscape, and AI risk governance.
Sachin Jade, Product Manager at Cyware, says: AI AI is transforming cybersecurity, accelerating and optimizing performance at levels never seen before. However, AI’s opportunities and benefits come with serious risks.
“We are committed to developing secure and ethical AI capabilities that build trust with our customers and the broader community. Joining CoSAI was a natural fit, aligned with our mission to drive innovation while ensuring security and integrity are at the heart of everything we do.”
With AI technologies becoming increasingly critical to cybersecurity, the need for secure AI has never been more critical. Jade says that through its membership in CoSAI, Cyware aims to bring its expertise in AI-based security solutions to help establish industry standards that prioritize security, ethics and transparency in AI development.
“Cyware’s expertise in cybersecurity and commitment to secure AI make them a valuable partner in our collective efforts,” said Omar Santos, CoSAI Co-Chair. “Their leadership in cyber threat intelligence and automation will provide us with critical insights as we continue to develop CoSAI.”
