Cybersecurity company Redcoat AI announced Stealth Mode with $4.24 million in funding led by Pear VC, with participation from Leonis Capital, Sancus Ventures, Kyber Knight and others. The funding will accelerate the development of the platform and expand its reach.
Redcoat AI started at Inception Studio, a nonprofit accelerator for experienced founders. Launched by a team of seasoned cybersecurity and AI experts, Redcoat AI uses the latest AI innovations to build defenses against sophisticated cybersecurity attacks such as AI-based social engineering attacks that use contextual information, deep fakes, and human-like interactions.
Redcoat AI’s platform offers a dual approach to cybersecurity: an on-demand red teaming service for social engineering attacks and mobile defense that extends comprehensive protection to SMS, WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
