This alliance aims to enhance the scope and scale of the Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC), a program designed to help customers efficiently create and deploy GenAI solutions.

Initially launching in June 2023, GenAIIC connects customers with AWS AI/ML scientists and strategy experts, helping them imagine, identify and develop tailored GenAI solutions. Since its launch, GenAIIC has helped thousands of customers, including leading companies like DoorDash, Nasdaq and PGA TOUR, succeed with GenAI. Notably, more than 50% of proof-of-concept solutions created through GenAIIC are now in production for these customers.
Through the Generative AI Partner Innovation Alliance, AWS customers will have access to a network of systems integrators and consulting firms with proven expertise in GenAI and familiarity with the GenAIIC methodology. The alliance will initially launch with nine partners, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Crayon, Escala24x7, Megazone Cloud, NCS Group, Quantiphi and Rackspace, each bringing industry and region-specific expertise.
