Most B2B marketers say their teams have a moderate level of proficiency in using artificial intelligence applications, according to recent research from Spring Request.
The report was based on data from a survey of senior B2B marketers in North America.
About 52% of B2B marketers say their team has a moderate level of proficiency in using AI applications; 27% say a low level, 18% a high level, and 4% none.
About 87% of B2B marketers say their team is somewhat or very familiar with the potential benefits of AI in today’s marketing.
B2B marketers say the AI skills their teams are most lacking are data analysis and interpretation (63% say so), algorithm development and programming (59%), and governance knowledge (53%).
