OYSTER BAY, New York – American Marketing Group (AMG) is introducing technology, including a personalized AI solution, and marketing initiatives to continue to drive sales growth for its affiliated advisors.
AI connection
AMG launches proprietary AI tool to help advisors market their products to clients and prospects in minutes instead of hours. AI Connect will help advisors develop refined marketing content while saving valuable time.
Through the program, advisors can access exclusive offers from preferred partners for the United States or Canada and generate social media captions, blog posts and landing pages. AI Connect also integrates with Canva to create graphics from royalty-free images, while learning the unique tone and style of the advisor’s brand.
AI Connect offers advisors several advantages over other AI tools:
- He was trained specifically for them and their needs
- Their content will not be shared to train AI models
- They can easily access exclusive offers from suppliers
- Its monthly price is much lower than other travel-focused AI tools.
“Generative AI Unlocks $28+ Billion Opportunity for Travel Industry” said Nicole Mazzamarketing director of AMG. “We’re seizing this opportunity with AI Connect and giving our advisors the edge they need to stay ahead in a rapidly changing industry. With AI Connect, they will be able to work smarter and faster to create professional marketing materials that translate into sales.
Technological innovations
This year, AMG refined its proprietary technology, consistent with its more than five-decade history of innovation, to make travel sales easier for advisors. Industry-leading tripXpress booking platform introduces several new enhancements to improve performance and open up additional inventory to advisors:
- It can now pull live information into passive bookings for real-time updates
- It now offers 26 cruise lines, numerous direct connections
- Improved consumer experience with a more intuitive layout and relevant updates
Coming soon: a tripXpress feature that will be unique to AMG. Advisors will be able to deep link directly to tripXpress from their web pages or blog posts. They will be able to add a link to their communications that will take consumers directly into the booking process. The booking is automatically assigned to the advisor, making the connection seamless from inspiration to booking.
Other technological innovations include:
- A custom URL at the agency or advisor level that will remain the same for each marketing campaign. With just one link, advisors can easily direct consumers to promotions and offers.
- Improve advisor extranets so advisors can find all the information they need to successfully market and sell in one central location. The homepage will be streamlined, displaying all offers and marketing campaigns in a prominent manner, with links to the most frequently visited extranet features.
Marketing and lead generation
Robust marketing programs aimed at reaching both travel advisors and consumers have expanded their reach in 2024:
- 5.6 million emails sent to consumers, up 47% from last year
- 700,000 emails sent to advisors, up 4.4 percent from last year
- 72,000 monthly page views of advisor extranet sites, which provide an information hub for affiliated agencies – up 4.3 percent from last year
- 12,000 leads sent to advisors
Digital campaigns are the cornerstone of AMG’s lead generation strategy and have proven to be very effective since their introduction last year. Tens of thousands of consumers looking for travel expertise view the ads and then visit the network’s websites, generating high-quality leads for advisors. In the coming year, three campaigns will be launched, focusing on new cruise customers, Suite Life and romantic travel.
Another initiative to generate more leads to travel advisors is to improve profiles on the TRAVELERS, NEST And Collection of well-off travelers consumer websites. Travelers can now select the advisor that best suits them based on location, specialties, destination expertise, languages spoken, and accolades and certifications.
“We are constantly innovating because the success of our advisors depends on it. » Mazza said. “Advisors don’t have enough hours in the day to manage all their responsibilities. With our initiatives that help them book travel and market more effectively, we’re giving them back valuable time to spend on customer service.
