Amazon has expanded its generative AI tools to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
According to tech giantThe tool simplifies the SEO process, allowing sellers to create product titles, descriptions and other details by simply entering a few descriptive words or uploading a product image.
At the same time, the company also uses the tool to analyze and improve existing product listings by automatically adding missing information and improving the quality of content, it said.

The news comes as a recent Amazon survey found that 70% of small business owners who adopted Generative AI benefit from the benefits of this tool for their business.
Meanwhile, UK early adopters highlight significant benefits such as saving time (79%), improving content quality (73%), improving profitability (73%), better customer service ( 72%) and an expanded international reach (71%).
However, UK SME owners also said that adopting AI could significantly reduce the time spent on writing. product descriptionsfrom eight hours to just one per month and updating them every seven hours at one per month, on average.
Additionally, 32% of respondents believe AI-generated content could improve product visibility.
