GuideHealth, an AI-enabled value-based care provider for health systems, announced the acquisition of the healthcare company’s value-based care services division and managed services organization. Arcadia health data analysis.
The company also announced that it had signed an agreement with Arcadia to leverage its data analytics platform to power acquired offerings, which will work in conjunction with its predictive and generative AI.
GuideHealth’s value-based care platform offers providers AI insights about patients who need specific care before a preventable health event, virtual health guides for patient/provider connection and engagement, and community, as well as workflow tools.
Arcadia’s managed services organization provides providers with tools for network administration, pre-authorization oversight, payment management, and process improvement around visit access and referrals.
