Experts expect impending advances in artificial intelligence to transform cybersecurity, particularly cyber defenders’ workflows, according to SC Media.

AI was also cited by Morgan Kyauk, chief executive of NightDragon, whose company received the SC Award for Investor of the Year, as having even more impact as adoption increases in specific business applications. However, according to Kyauk, having security measures in place will be crucial to ensure responsible AI development.
“It is important that we mitigate these risks as we continue to advance this sector, otherwise we will put future innovation and our very security at risk,” Kyauk added.
