New artificial intelligence technologies have the potential to improve the quality and efficiency of e-discovery and other litigation tasks, while simultaneously reducing costs. However, as we have seen in cases such as Mata v. Avianca, the rise of artificial intelligence also opens up ethical pitfalls. Recent bar ethics opinions introduce additional considerations into the mix. In this interactive, game-style CLE, participants will be asked to navigate a series of ethical dilemmas. Join us to see if you can navigate your way to “ethical heaven” before falling into the dreaded “ethical hell”!
