Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping the cybersecurity landscape, as businesses increasingly turn to AI-based solutions to counter sophisticated cyber threats. CrowdStrike Inc. and Accenture Security are at the forefront of this movement, combining AI cybersecurity tools with expert-managed services to deliver a comprehensive defense strategy.
By integrating advanced technology with human expertise, this collaboration enables businesses to predict, detect and respond to cyber threats in real time, marking a significant shift in how businesses can protect their critical assets, said Amanda Adams (pictured, right), vice president of alliances for the Americas at CrowdStrike.
“Our teams have done a great job working together to build Accenture-led services on the CrowdStrike platform,” Adams said. “While we are still easy to deploy, the evolution of the platform and the 28 modules we have has led to the partnership opportunity that Accenture offers our clients today. We focus on the customer at the center of everything we do. And really, our joint teams share this mission and it’s worked really well recently.

How AI Cybersecurity Tools Are Revolutionizing Security Operations
Partnerships like the one between CrowdStrike and Accenture improve businesses’ resilience to attacks by closing the skills gap and improving resource efficiency for customer support. Accenture’s role is not just to deliver CrowdStrike technology, but also to integrate it into broader strategies to meet client needs, according to Patel.
“Accenture has many clients around the world. Most of the time when we were working on transformation projects, we would see CrowdStrike over and over again,” Patel said. “Our customers were saying, ‘Hey, this is a really good platform. We would love to be able to work with you and engage, based on how we can turn this into a much more advanced capability, from a detection capability to protection and response.
Additionally, the integration of artificial intelligence and automation is the cornerstone of the joint offering, significantly improving the efficiency of security operations centers while reducing the burden on internal teams. Through this partnership, CrowdStrike and Accenture not only help businesses respond to threats more effectively, but also enable them to proactively manage and anticipate risks, allowing them to focus on their core business objectives, added Patel.
“We are building and have invested in AI SOC workflows. These augment the SOC model, thinking about false positive alerts and looking for leads that our incident responders need to follow, threat detectors need to follow,” Patel said. “So we’re infusing a lot of automation. We’re investing in AI…and the fact that we’re able to combine that to actually deliver transformation in an automated way really helps and creates a lot of excitement among our customers.
