Addiction has expanded its website services for real estate clients under its RELIANCEai marketing engine, at the center of which is the new social advertising tool called MediaBoosterAI.
This new digital advertising integration allows Reliance clients to activate ad campaigns that promote their active real estate listings to behaviorally targeted lists of potential buyers on Facebook and Instagram, the company said. Campaigns range from listing “events” (such as open houses, price reductions or recently sold properties) to general listing advertising. Future phases will roll out additional capabilities of the MediaBoosterAI platform for real estate agencies looking to scale their recruiting and business promotion efforts.
“Using AI, a Reliance user’s listing characteristics are carefully analyzed to reach their target audience on Facebook and other social media, delivering more than 2.5 times better performance than their closest competitor,” said Nick Villanti, COO of Reliance. “The sophistication and competitive advantage this new product offers our clients – and their respective customers – is unmatched in today’s real estate technology climate.”
The RELIANCEai marketing engine now also enables the tech company’s real estate clients to stay connected to their respective target audiences with personalized and simplified solutions right from their Reliance CRM dashboard, the company said. These tools include:
- AI Editor
This month, Reliance also unveiled its new AI Writing Tool. The chatbot, dubbed “RAI” for RELIANCEai, brings ChatGPT’s capabilities directly to Reliance users. This allows them to generate high-quality content for various sections of their websites and digital marketing, including homepages, bio pages, community and SEO pages, listing descriptions, blogs, and emails.
By answering a series of simple, guided questions, Reliance said customers can create detailed prompts that are fed into ChatGPT, which then produces a meta title, meta description, h1 heading, and content text to be placed in web pages and email marketing. The generated content can be customized or tweaked to augment their website content, maximize their SEO performance, drive more traffic to their websites, and ultimately generate more leads.
“The potential for this to become a staple of the real estate marketing industry is immense, promising to be an invaluable asset for brokers and agents,” Villanti said.
- Full Service White Glove Advertising
Reliance now also offers additional digital advertising solutions for real estate teams and sales professionals at the top of their game, or aspiring to become so, a statement said.
Reliance said its new Best performing packages providing its clients with access to affordable, curated advertising campaigns that automate lists and nurture existing customer relationships from within their Reliance CRM, while increasing brand visibility in targeted markets on widely viewed websites (such as WSJ.com and ESPN.com, for example), social media platforms and streaming television networks.
Ads are targeted based on the location of consumers who have expressed interest in buying or selling real estate, or directly to an agent’s database or current audience. This hyper-targeted targeting gives Reliance users the opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, stay top of mind for referrals, and drive repeat business.
“Brokers consistently tell us how ineffective and unproductive digital advertising and branding can be for them,” said Sean McRae, CEO of Reliance. “We see this as a complete, premium advertising solution for agents, teams and brokers; one that gives our clients full turnkey access with minimal effort.”
