The EdTech Platform Report Lync Skill is based on an in-depth survey, involving over 220 executives from engineering and human resources divisions of leading automobile companies in India.
It has been shown that 94% of people find it difficult to recruit in specialist fields such as software defined vehicles (SDV) and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). Approximately 60-65% of companies’ talent needs are for mid-level professionals with 3-7 years of experience.
