The majority of retail executives will use artificial intelligence for their marketing efforts this year, according to a new survey.
56% of respondents chose marketing as the top area they say they will invest in AI efforts in 2024. However, this is not the only area of retail that AI could support this year: Also on the list are financial forecasts, customer service, user experience, etc.
In other words, retailers are making a big push towards AI. It’s an early sign that companies are putting their savings into practice through technology, which has been very publicized for several years now. But will it pay off?
